She has beautiful brown/tan fur and warm brown eyes. Her body is well defined from her years of hunting. As well, from this longer life, her body carries scars from fights with either fellow predators or prey fighting back during a hunt. First, because of her well-built physical appearance, she is active, often enjoying hunts and outings. She is also a courageous lion, unafraid to do what she wants. She is independent, she doesn't desire being in a pride, but doesn't mind being alone. As well, she is very intelligent, having a natural gift for the best ways to have a successful hunt. Imani is also competitive and intense, enjoying a good competition and fight to show off. However, she is stern, mainly using her voice to carry what her intentions are. Lastly, Imani is a stolid character, she isn't a fan of showing emotions other than happiness or anger. Her negative traits have mostly been developed from being alone for much of her adult life. She can be very hostile over things she believes are hers, whether it is a kill or territory. She can also be petty and vindictive, taking any slight against her as a call for war between the individuals. She was born in a litter of three cubs, however one would be killed by predators just after it was born while having managed to stray from the den before their mother could save them. Imani grew up with her sister Nyah. The two were very playful as cubs, as soon as they could move, their mother would always be running around after them and saving them from trouble. After a month or so of living with her mother, the cubs were introduced to the pride. It was a rather small pride, consisting of a few older females and one male, their father. Imani remembered her father as a large lion, and prideful. He was rather quiet for most of their life. The cubs learned quickly, learning to hunt and act within a pride. However, at the age of three a pair of males came into the pride's territory. Their father went to confront them, and started a battle. The females around her rushed to hide any cubs they had, and her mother urging her to leave. Imani stayed for a few moments, only to see the two males beat her father, she could tell from far away his wounds would likely be fatal. In a panic, Imani fled her pride, her sister with her. The journey was harsh for the two sisters. Eventually, they reached Wanangwa National Park, the two felt at ease.
